Rose Petal Jam

Rose Petal Jam (or referred to as Gulkand in India) has many wonderful health benefits. The natural rose petals aid in digestion, improves gut flora, skin blemishes and can help provide restful sleep.

Rose Petal Jam Recipe

Ingredients:
Rose Petals 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
  • Collect fresh rose petals and finely chop the petals after washing and drying.
  • Mix petals with sugar in an airtight jar.
  • Keep the sun in sunlight for 2 weeks. Using sunlight helps keeps the natural therapeutic benefits of the rose petals. Stir daily then enjoy!
