Shipping policy

Your order will ship from our centrally located US warehouse within 1-2 business days after we receive your order.

All retail orders automatically qualify for free standard ground shipping, no matter the size of the order. For HI, AK, Canada and Mexico, there is a flat shipping charge of $15 plus applicable duties.

As soon as your order ships, your tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.

In the event your item arrives damaged, please reach out to Customer Care by calling us at 917-865-6639 or email us at customercare@anayahome.com at your earliest convenience. Please send photos and any other details you can provide. If there is any sign of damage to the box that the item arrived in, please make sure to include a photo and details. Damaged items need to be reported within 4 days of receiving the item.

We traveled the world to find manufacturers that fit our strict criteria. We looked for vendors that produced a quality product in a kind environment.  After an extensive global search, we found partners in India that fit this mold and we now produce our entire collection there.

Our founders have personally vetted each manufacturing partner to ensure that they give back to their communities and provide a safe, healthy environment for their workers. Anaya has a team on the ground in India that visits all our vendors regularly to ensure that positive practices for the workers are being maintained. Our founders also personally travel to India on a regular basis for this same purpose.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify’s secure payment portal. Shopify follows all six PCI standard categories to keep your information safe. This is bank grade level security.

We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay which both utilize the same high level of security and encryption as when you make a purchase directly on their site. 

We also accept ACH bank transfers which are secured and encrypted by Shopify Payments.

Yes, the product photos and colors you see on our website are accurate. We are however unable to account for individual settings on computers and mobile devices. 

Our desire to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your Anaya purchase does not end at the time you take delivery! If you experience any issues with your Anaya products, please reach out to our Customer Care team at 917-865-6639 or email us at customercare@anayahome.com with the details and we will work to make things right for you.

The care instructions for all our products are listed in the product description of each item. Textiles will have a care label attached to the them. Please call our Customer Care team at 917-865-6639 or email us at customercare@anayahome.com if you have any questions. 

We are unable to ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Returns

Our team knows what it’s like to be a customer. Providing real customer support and ensuring your satisfaction is one of the main pillars of Anaya. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email Customer Care j@anayahome.com within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate your return.

Please return the item in the original packaging in which it arrived. Once the item is back at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to ensure that it is still in as-new condition. If the item is still as-new, we will promptly issue your refund less the original and return shipping charges (if you qualified for free shipping on your original purchase then you will not be charged for the original shipping when you make your return). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for your purchase.

Orders

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you do not receive it within a few hours after placing your order, please check your Spam/ Junk Folder. If the confirmation is still not there, please email j@anayahome.com

Yes. As long as your cancellation is received prior to your order being shipped, we will issue a full refund. If your order has already left our warehouse, we will issue you a full refund minus the shipping fees.

Orders are charged at time of purchase.

We charge sales tax as required by law. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
